Joe has over 15 years of public accounting and industry accounting experience. In 2019, Joe left his position as Director at a large CPA firm and started JT Kruk Associates LLC and continues to provide the full range of tax and accounting services to businesses and individual clients. Joe has specialized industry experience working with fishing and shellfish businesses. He also has extensive experience with complex individual and pass-through entity tax matters. He also has years of experience providing financial statement and QuickBooks services, including QuickBooks implementation, support and consulting services. Joe is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, and earned a BS in Accounting at Bentley University and a Masters in Taxation from Northeastern University.

Ron has been a practicing CPA for over 40 years and has a wide range of accounting and taxation expertise with individual clients as well as business entities. Ron’s expertise includes a strong specialization in the fishing and shellfish industry. He is also well versed in complex individual and partnership tax matters, trust and estate & gift taxation. Ron also has a depth of knowledge and experience representing clients with tax authorities, dealing with business valuation issues, litigation support and expert testimonies. In 2013 Ron merged his practice, MacDonald & McEachern, Inc., with Burke & Associates CPAs, Inc. Prior to starting his own firm, Ron spent several years working with a regional public accounting firm. Ron earned his BS in Accounting at Bentley University.
